Chocolate.

It seems that Valencia is known for many things, but I was unaware that chocolate was one of those things until this past Friday. Two of our teachers from school decided to take out the American students and treat them to some Valencian chocolate. Um, yes please. Side note: Mom, if you’re reading this, I have a feeling that you are going to be very jealous. You see Valencian chocolate isn’t about a different flavor as much as it’s about how you serve the chocolate. I thought it would be a little easier to explain, but it’s proving to be difficult . . . basically, it’s like hot chocolate, but less liquidy and more chocolatey kinda like fondue (but better). And traditionally it is served with fried dough called churros, super, super unhealthy, but at some point your common sense goes out the window cause it’s sooo darn good! – Good thing we have gym passes, I’m gonna have to step up my regimen and get those extra pounds off.

Plus, Gray and I got to be photo models for my friend Analu, I cannot wait to see the pictures, we had a ton of fun and I learned some things (sweet!). These next photos were from our time hanging out. Anna is the super cute one with the glasses and on my other side is Leah the beautiful assistant.
