A how-to on Spanish Tortillas

In this case, the word tortilla is deceptive. It’s not what I thought when I first heard we were having this with dinner, think egg and potato pie. Mercedes our host mom always buys the ones we eat at the store, but when we went to Sevilla, Domaris taught us how to make our own. Usually we eat them with meat, it’s pretty filling. I thought it was pretty easy to make . . . I’m hoping my directions are good. If you have any questions or need some clarification just ask :).
